Does your fiance know she doesn't like him? I have this issue with a friend of my gf. I know she dis-likes me and I feel the same "love" towards her. For a birthday party, I wouldn't go. If it were just drinks or something I'd be right there in her face, but that's just me.
If your fiance understands this, he should realize not everyone loves each other, that's life. A great statement to your friend is to go to her party, but split early and be sure to tell her... since I knew you didn't want (insert your fiance's name here) he stayed home out of respect and now I'm leaving to go do something with him. Maybe she should get the picture that you are a package deal now so she can suck it up or lose you as a friend. Turn the tables on her. And at the same time make your fiance feel like you respect him and there are no hard feeling for un-inviting him. Let him know where he stands.. and her too.

My uncle was addicted to Heroin for several years, it is the hardest drug to come down off of, and it destroys everyones life around it, if she truely loves him, Im not sayin to leave him, but she should def postpone the wedding until he is clean, maybe the pressure from gettin married is what made him relapse! I think she should make him consider a drug rehabilitaion program, it will save her a potential heartache, stress, and maybe even save his life!!!

Well tell your friend:
"If you respect me, you respect him too! How would you feel if you were with a guy and I didnt like him and I treated him like dirt? This is who im with, take it or leave it!"

GOOD LUCK GIRL!!!!! Hopefully she will have more respect for him!

Tell her that you're serious about him...YOU WANT TO MARRY HIM! If she can't accept both of you then she can't be a good friend

What kind of friend refuses to support your relationship? What is it about him that your friend dislikes? Usually friends can see something that you won't be able to see... Seriously think about it.
