I have been on thyroid replacement for years and never had a problem getting pregnant when I wanted to and I have 3. Quit trying to plan your baby and just enjoy having sex. Stress can make it more difficult to get pregnant. Relax and have sex as much as you can and make sure you are taking your thyroid pill at the same time every day sometimes that can effect your levels. Good luck getting pregnant.

i'm not sure if you are having difficulty trying to conceive or if you are just trying to plan for a girl. anyway. if you have very regular cycles then you may be able to plan sex 3 days before ovulation, but if you are having difficulty conceiving then you need to just focus on getting pregnant and not the sex of the child which can be hard to do and is not guaranteed.
BTW - the reason they say have sex 3 days before you ovulate is that "girl" sperm travel a bit slower than "male" sperm. so if you have sex 3 days before ovulation you give all the sperm a chance to get to the finish line and they basically sit there waiting for the egg. it just increases your chances of having a girl, like i said no guarantees.

We often see hypothyroid symptoms totally reversed when commits to a plan that supports balance through nutrition and daily self-care. Learn here https://tr.im/Cy1Q9

Consume foods naturally high in B vitamins, such as whole grains, nuts, and seeds, and iodine (fish, seaweed, vegetables and root vegetables).
Exercise daily, at least 30–60 minutes per day, 4–5 times a week.
Practice deep breathing and other techniques that trigger the “relaxation response” – such as meditation and guided visualization.
