How can ANYONE not like these guys? How old are you? I was around for these three groups from the start. I have raised a son who is now 32 and a daughter who is now 23! Both of them liked these three groups! That is three generations of people who like good music. I am a jazz musician and have been for over 40 years! I've always liked the Beatles and think they were one of the BEST groups ever! Especially when Bernard Purdy was doing the drum parts in the studio. The Beatles pushed the envelope with their behind-the scenes electronics as well as their show up front. I caught their concert in New Orleans in the late 60's. They only got better! Zeppelin is better live than recorded. The Airplane (including revised Starship version) are great either way. All of these groups have lasted many years and remain popular with new and old fans today! Sure you might have contemporary favorites, but 20 years down the road, recordings of these three groups will still be played and loved. How many of today's bands will still be popular in 60 years?

The Beatles totally ROCK, I've barely heard any of Led Zeppelin's stuff (but I love "Stairway to Heaven"), and I haven't heard any Jefferson Airplane songs, though I should.

Led Zepplin-ho hum, first 2 albums are OK.
The Beatles, well I've been a fan since they were first heard in America (I was very young!!) and Their songs are just part of my life, my sub-concsience. Their real story is interesting

i love led zeppelin but not the beatles.
the only songs i like from the beatles is "maxwells silver hammer", "strawberry fields forever", "hard days night" and "she came in through the bathroom window"
