is is fuel fouling? if so, sounds like you have fuel running into the cylinders all the time. May be a stuck float in the carb(s) try shutting off the fuel before you quit for the day, run it till it runs out of fuel in the line and stalls. then, to restart, turn on the fuel wait a second and then start it up.

Make sure your choke butterflies are opening back up all the way. If your choke hangs up it will make it run richer. Never put a hotter plug than the manufacturer recommends or you may melt a hole in a piston. If your choke is open try getting a tech to look at your carbs.

Get a hotter plug:
if you run BR8ES
You can put a BR9ES and it will be hotter.

Otherwise make your mix a little more gas in it.
If you have the premix can - you can adjust it down a little also.

Sounds like a fuel/oil mix issue or a rich air/fuel mixture.
