I heard smoking weed is better than cigarettes... because it doesn't harm your lungs as much as the smoke from cigars does ... is this truee??? please explain...
I dont smoke either of them, (I have tried cigars, weed never... and never want to) but i want to know!

Marijuana has some pain relieving qualities and can be used to induce appetite. In CA, marijuana for "medicinal purposes" is legal according to state law (although still against federal law). However, when you smoke ANYTHING you are introducing carbon monoxide in your lungs, and this can lead to cancer or emphysema.

I heard one joint is the equivalent of 10 cigarettes but then cigs don't exactly get ya high.
