Well i guess there are limited things you can do to improve your eye sight however if you are prescribed to glasses wear them at all times and always do eat your vegetables as it could help your eye sight in the long run. Wearing glasses all day can sometimes help. If you have the cash there is always laser eye surgery ( which is becoming cheaper by the way) and if your self conscious there is always wearing contact lenses. Hope that was helpful :)
Peace.

Eat fresh fruits, specially yellow or orange in color. In addition, take cod liver oil capsules {easily available with the chemists}.
There is an eye exercise i think might help you. Hold Ur right hands raised thumb straight in front of your eyes. Look at the tip of ur thumb. Slowly move the hand towards left { without bending hand at elbow joint}, looking closely at the tip WITHOUT moving ur head, move only ur eyes. Try to follow the tip as much as you can. When it begins to cause strain to ur eyes, stop. Now slowly move ur hand, from left, from front of ur face, towards the right side, creating a semicircle.... All this shld be done following the tip until u can. Repeat with left hand without bending at the elbow joint. Same way, move the tip of thumb Up towards sky and then down towards the earth..,... this exercise helps. There is also a form of yoga called "Pranayam". Even, that helps a lot.

Go to an optometrist and get glasses or contacts. If your vision is getting blurry you will be pleased on how much better things look in sharp focus.
