It's up to you to try it. Generally speaking, though, the reason that tag is on there is because water will damage the fabric. If there is a spot on the blouse, maybe near the bottom, that you can test it, I would suggest this first. Mix some Woolite with water, and test a small spot. Let it dry to make sure that it doesn't leave a spot.
Good luck.

This depends on the material used in the blouse; since you're not sure, we can't give you a definite answer.
"Dry cleaning" is not actually "dry" cleaning. The garments are immersed in a solvent that removes stains. Thus the chemical smell!
Regarding garment care tags, the manufacturer is required to provide garment care directions and they tend to recommend the method that is least harmful to the garment. In other words, some "dry clean only" garments can be hand washed.
Put a drop of water on an inconspicuous area of the blouse. If it "bleeds" color, you cannot hand wash it without significant color loss. Since I don't know what the fabric is, I can't recommend further!

Being made in God's image has no longer something to do with the way we glance. God isn't a guy hence God can't seem as though a guy. God is a spirit. Spirits do no longer want air to stay alive. God is a male yet no longer a guy simply by fact he's not someone (no guy has ever considered God at each time). A male lion can't be spoke of as a guy simply by fact he's not someone. To be made in God's image skill human beings have been created with capacity to worship on an analogous time as animals weren't.

I've hand-washed lots of dry-clean blouses successfully in woolite, delicate cycle, cold water, no dry. My husband washes his suit slacks like that all the time.
Now that you know that I do it, you can make a decision whether you want to try it.

I wash many of my clothes that say dry clean only. As long as you don´t spin them in your washing machine, like I did once before . It should be fine, Use cold water and a soft liquid soap, Hang on a hanger to dry, when you iron it , inside out. first. I fine this helps a lot

It will probably ruin it. Experiment on an old one that you don't mind ruining. If it looks OK after you are done you have your answer. If not then you are stuck with real dry cleaners.
