We used to get drunk and go on Bowling For Dollars, didn't win anything but sure livened up the show. And our high school sent a team to Reach For the Top. Lost that one too.

I tried to get on Jeopardy once, before you could try online. I lined up with about a thousand others and took a 10 question weeder quiz. They were random questions, and they had about 10 different sets of questions.
I don't know where the cutoff is, but I do know that 8/10 isn't good enough.
If I'd had the time, I'd have gotten back in line for a different quiz.

A former employer of mine was on the late 80s/early 90s gameshow "Remote Control" which aired on MTV. She did not win, but it was pretty funny to learn. Apparently, she also appeared on the "I Love the 90s" (or was it 80s?) episode in which they talked about "Remote Control" too.

I met Robin Williams at a Fred Meyer store in Newberg Oregon last year shook his hand and got his autograph. Hes done so much I'm pretty sure hes also been on a game show to.

I have met a couple who both were in the audience of Price is Right. The wife's name was called but they ran out of time so she didn't get to play, she was really disappointed to say the least.

My friend went on Price is Right when she was on vacation in California and she won the whole thing. And I don't know if this counts, but one of my friends went on the Bachelorette. He made it to the hometown date before she axed him.

i have a friend he is from hamburg germany i met him in a coffee shop he won a ticket to go to a gameshow ! then he won can$600.000.00 !! now he is living in vienna!
