As in would country are people best looking in South american?

I've never seen so many beautiful women anywhere as saw in Rio, and I've been to over 30 countries (3 in south america). I'd put Sao Paulo 2nd behind Rio worldwide. So I have to say Brazil.

UPDATE: The 3 in South America were Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay.

Lots of folks would probably say Argentina, but I love the Brazilian babes! They are HOT!
