A police officer can come on your property without one so why not a warden? They probably have search limitations of cars and buildings just like the police (reasonable suspicion, warrant, etc).

No they must have a search warrant ect to come on your property unless they are also covered under the Patriot Act then all they need to do is accuse you of terrorism

They are an officer of the courts if they have cause then yes.

Wardens have more jurisdiction than police.
