Should I change my vacation plans?

I have not yet booked my overseas flight. Waiting for prices to come down. Now I heard from cousin that she is coming over here with tour group and would like to meet with me at a time I was already hoping to be in Europe. Should I postpone my vacation by approx 10 days or go ahead with my plans as scheduled? I would also see my cousin once I get to Europe.

You should go ahead with your plans since you will be seeing your cousin in Europe.
