Ok I will be going into the 9th grade and my penis isnt getting that much bigger than it was when I was 9-10. Is there anything wrong? If u give good answers no dumb i will give best answer.

You didn't say if you've started puberty yet, like if you have pubic hair at the base of your penis or get semen or at least pre-ejaculate when you masturbate. If not, all of your growth is still ahead of you. In any event, you keep growing throughout your teens, so I wouldn't worry about it until you're 16 or so.

Your fine, I did not get a full beard or finish growing untill I was about 22 or 23, I grew almost 2 inches from 18 till 22, your just a late bloomer, Sit down and ask dad, remember he was your age once also, I had a wonderful grandfather I could ask anything

it depends on if you have other signs of puberty and how big your feet are. it most likely will grow. Don't worry, your time will come, just relax.
