Easy. Multiply each number by 5.

Example: 3 times 5 = 15% by cerebral palsy.
(This is because 20 times 5 = 100% of the people)

I don't know, man, but my Mom's been trying to get disability now for the last two years. she's got Rhuematoid Arthritis, Lupus and PTSS and still hasn't got a court date while it looks like people who don't have thibngs as bad off as she does get it quicker and for less reason. sucks.
