You mean July 28th? You will probably start sometime around Aug 1st if your cycle is regular

August 1st or 2nd if you are like most females and are on a 28 day cycle.

If you have a 28 day cycle you would start on Aug 1st. I hope that helps

Around the 1st of August, give or take a day or so.
If it's just a weekend trip you should be fine, if it's a week it's likely it'll come.
Have you tried tampons? They'd be perfect for this type of activity. :)
