I have learned to set my own set of Rules !

Neither...I like to make a set of rules for others to follow and then break everyone...when someone catches me on breaking one of my rules. I tell them duh..I made the rule I can take it away!

Depends...outside my home I pretty much follow the rules. At home, that is a totally different story. I make up the rules as we go along...and no I don't necessarily follow them.
