There are two types of happiness - the secular human happiness - short lived and unfulfilling - and that provided by the indwelling Holy Spirit of love, joy, peace, goodness, kindness, gentleness, patience, self control and faithfulness.

That question doesn't make any sense, if you mean understand happiness then you have to experience something before you can truly understand it.

For me happiness is a feeling of content, no worries and feeling good about yourself.

you can only understand happiness when you understand what it feels like to be unhappy you cant get 1 without the other .
