Fitted sheets are a bear at the best of times.
What I do is hold one corner, then follow the edge around to the next corner and pull that over the first one. And keep doing that until I am holding all four corners. After that, I shake the sheet out a bit to straighten the wrinkles and finish folding.

I always have to lay mine out, pull the sewn corners tight and let the elastic hems lay down toward the middle. Then I fold it by matching the sewn corners together side-to-side, leaving the elastic in the middle. Then keep folding to the size that you prefer. It is easier with two people, but my hubby works all day so I end up doing it myself. I like to put the fitted sheet and the flat sheet inside their matching pillowcase before I put them in a drawer so that I don't end up re-folding them when I am trying to find a sheet set in the drawer. I just find the pillowcase I like and the whole set is all together.

I fold it as best as possible, fold the flat sheet, fold 1 pillowcase, and put them all into the other pillowcase for storage.

i start by putting my hand into one of the elastic corners, then catch another elastic corner, (which will be of the opposite fabric(like the inside),put this on top of the one on my hand. straighten as best as possible, catch another elastic corner, put this on top of my hand [now I have 3 elastic cornersion hand], straighten out, and catch the last corner of the sheet...lay the sheet on the bed, try to fold as flat as possible. I hope this isn't to confussing and will help. give it a try... you will catch on!
