They could yes, it's typically the dryer doing the shrinking. Dry them on low a short period of time and then let them hang dry if you are worried about them.

It depends on the fabric of your clothes. On the other hand, set the dryer to low temperature or you can just hang dry. Most likely, they will not shrink.
