I have contacted the bank for information of them, i have given them plenty of time,, what can i do now, they contacted me by letter to confirm they received my letter,42 days have now passed, with no response from the bank what can i do now.

Some information needs to be paid for such as archives. When I wrote to my bank to request information I told them that I was entitled to this information under the Data Protection Act and gave them 30 days to respond before I reported them to the ombudsman scheme. It worked too!!

contact them again and tell them youre charging them £25 for this letter, see how they like it
