I remember when Humans would answer the phone and resolve issues rather than delays on hold and canned answers. I own a business where it was easier and faster to accomplish work by hand than to deal with multiple company websites and delays with email responses. We also get paid less commission now. Wake up. The future is bleak. Start expecting more from companies and we all win.

In answer to your question: YES it has.
However in your state you may want to think differently. All in all, I think it's worth having all the tech we have now instead of going back to the 19th century.

Well, when you put it that way I guess it does look pretty bleak! I was gonna say I love technology, I like that if I'm stranded I can call someone on my cell phone or use Onstar for directions, and that I can be friends with people all over the world thanks to the internet and keep in touch with friends who have moved away. But I didn't think of it from a business point of view, although it's my business to keep computers in shape, so with out technology I'd be out of a job! lol

It has made it easier, but so much harder. The way of life is easier-straighteners, computers, phones etc but that then means everyone is expected to have them no matter how much money you have, or you are looked down upon. If you no what I mean...lol
