Many people are (im trying to find a better word for ugly) Very UGLY (i guess thats good) without makeup since make up is what makeup their beauty. But i don't know about Beyonce.

Oh yeah a lot of celebrities who are supposedly gorgeous are the most hidious with out make up.......pam anderson, halle berry, Jessica Simpson, Mariah Carrey, Jessica Alba. Just because they're famous does not mean they're pretty when they wake up in the morning.

If you're pretty, makeup will make you prettier. If you're ugly, makeup won't help. It might in fact make you uglier.
