I'm from Missouri and the motto should definitely be: "If You're Looking For A New & Exciting Place TO Visit......Then You Are Looking In The WRONG Damn Place!!!" LOL ;o)

I'm from Texas where the Motto is "Friendship" (the translation of tejas) I think it should be: "We like guns and wildflowers and anybody who thinks that's ironic gets shot but has a beautiful funeral."
I moved to Missouri where the motto is "Show Me" and I think it should be changed to "Heaven's Skies." The skys here always look like something from an American Romanticism painting.

Thats a good one BB.....Missouri is the "Show me" state technically...it sounds like flasher heaven in my opinion,but a better name would be "Meth head capital",as us farmers are always being robbed of the Anhydrous-ammonia for the fields by Meth heads looking to cook it...crazy crap!

I am from the Commonwealth of VA.My husband calls it,the Commonf$$$ because of the ridiculous property taxes.They hit your wallet,any way they can.
