Ugh, it's only 9:30 here! Try eating something light--a cup of yogurt, some fruit, or even a piece of chocolate. Usually what I do is I drink Yoplait Nouriche for breakfast (Oh, geeze I'm gonna sound like a commercial now.), and it doesn't get me hungry in the morning. It's a very thick fruit smoothie packed with vitamins and minerals, and it fills you up until lunch time. Try it next time and you'll see that you won't get the munchies at this time.

Not sure if you mean what to do now or what to eat at 12.
If now, drink a big glass of water first and see if that will hold you over. Try eating a few grapes or an apple or orange.
At 12 go to the Olive Garden and get the endless salad and soup!

Eat protein and you'll stay full longer. Peanut butter, cheese, lean turkey or chicken, or....just eat an apple to tie you over until lunch. (Apple is a carb)
If you eat protein in the a.m. you won't be hungry until lunch.

If you're starving I would go for Italian food, if you're in a hurry I would go to a good deli and get a joey style sandwich stuffed to the gills with meat and salad and mayo Goddamn it I'm hungry now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

something with MELTED CHEESE. always good. like nachos, enchiladas, mozz sticks, pizza, calzones.
