I believe he had alot to do with this dog fighting scandal.. I find it hard to believe that he didn't know what was going on in his own home.

What i mean by bad judgement is allowing shady characters to use his home to do what they did to those poor animals.

i think he did it. I think it was 100% him.
he is dumb enough to do.
im very glad he cannot report to training, and the courts bettre find him guilty.
he is a horrible person and i wish he went to jail with about 10 hungry bulldogs to turn on him, and see how he likes it.

and even if he didn't know 100% what was going on... its still his property and everyone should get tryed for it.
His property his problem. He knew Damn well what was going on the whole time.

Saying that he's a victim of very bad judgement indicates a kind of moral gray area. To me and likely 99% of the rest of the American population, training dogs to murder one another then watching and betting on it, not to mention brutally killing those that won't fight, is wrong. It's a very clear cut issue with an easily-defined right and wrong.

Very bad judgement is going out with a hot girl you knew has an STD (no personal experience) or is a gold-digging user (personal experience).

Well you bring up a good point, even if he knew what was going on at his home, there might be a slight chance that he had no clue what they were doing to the dogs other than making them fight, the rape chair, drownign, shooting them, slamming them into the concrete, etc. Now I am not on Vick's side at all, He knew what was going on but to what extent is the question, he should be sent to jail just for knowing what what happening at his property.

Mike Vick is in noway a victim of bad judgement, he is as guilty as one can be. There is noway he did not know what was going on there. His kennel after all is named bad new kennel, what is that supposed to mean unless its bad news for his dogs to get beat or hurt. As a face of the NFL it is his responsibilty to know that his involvment in this type of business could not go overlooked. He is a typical pampered athlete who thinks that he is aove the law and that his money will be able to get him out of any mess.

Michael Vick a VICTIM??? The VICTIMS were those innocently helpless dogs he chose to starve, abuse, torture, electrocute, shoot, hang, and fight for his ENTERTAINMENT.

I, like you, find it hard to believe that he didn't know. Somebody had to finance this dogfighting venture, and I don't think the unemployed cousin he has laid the blame on had the ability to finance BAD NEWZ KENNELS

Jail and suspension is too good for him. I wish much, much worse on Michael Vick.

He got himself into it...even if his cousin was the one that ran the operation...but actually, witnesses put Michael right there too...So, he made his own bed by letting his thug cousin live in his house...but lets get real for a minute...Vick knew about the dogfighting...He was a major player, as the media keeps saying...

I'm sorry but if you live in a house and there are Pit Bulls kept in cages and trained in a Barn 500 feet from you house, you know something is wrong or your so stupid you need to be taken out and shot. He knew, He was involved, and since it is now a federal crime to fight dogs he need to be "bunkies" with Charles Mansion.

Michael Vick didn't know what was going on at his own home, and Barry Bonds didn't know what the substances were he was putting into his body.
They are both victims of stupidity!!

A little from column A and a little column B. Yes I think he was involved. I do think though that he was a victim of bad judgment that he never grew up. It is bad judgment that kept him hanging out with the same morons.

Vick was the one who ran the "dog breeding" business. So, obviously he knew what was going on. How wouldnt he if it was his business and his house that was being used to cover up the dog fighting and torture. He's the one that had to get permits for the breeding and such.
