I asked good interesting questions and NEVER get stars. What should I do? I asked 43 questions and get 5 stars. I dont get it.

I never got stars either! So, I got my boyfriend to come on here and star all my questions! If you need a buddy to star your questions, you got one! :D

(answer follows this statement) I am going to point out for the record that the purpose of Q/A is to provide a source of information for people who need a question answered not to simply acquire stars that don't really do anything for you anyway.
That said, the way you acquire stars is too have a large number of contacts. When you ask a question, those who have you as a contact see the question and will often give it a star. The more contacts you have the greater likelihood of some of them staring your question. Add people to contacts if they seem to be interested in the same kind of questions you are. Accept people as contacts for the same reason. When you have a big contact list most of your questions will start getting stars.

I gave you a star too. I'm sorry to say, I've been naive, because after answering so many questions myself, I really didn't know I could've been starring them. I've answered some great questions. I just began starring today. Better late than never. Maybe others don't know they're supposed to star, like me. Not your fault.

I don't even know what the stars represent anyhow. But I only got one and thats OK. I give you mines so now you have and by some other viewers. And by the time you receive all of our stars you'd be the only person who has more than any other person. And I'm happy for ya.

But for future reference, stars are usually given to questions that are extremely thought-provoking and encompass the grand scope of human nature. They're questions that people like to answer.

well this is the P&S section...we like crazy questions that are fun to answer and when people ask those then we giev them stars....but I guess I could give u a star for ur troubles ^_^
