My ebay account got suspended for one year of Trademark Violation, which is funny. I never violated a Trademark. Few days later, my PayPal Account got closed without any reason. Is there a legal way to get both back or can I consider myself finished and done??? Can I get a Lawyer and sue both??? Please advice.

Are you a seller? Did you have multiple items posted with bids?
I know this is frustrating, but you will probably not win a lawsuit with either of these affiliates. eBay doesn't even have a customer service phone line.
If you've tried to inquire what the cause of your suspension is, it's likely that all you've gotten is "trademark violation." Since PayPal is an affiliate, I'm sure it was closed so that you couldn't cheat the system by using the same account.
Check to see what you could've violated - chances are, there is something there, however minute.
(I know someone who was penalized for writing a description saying that something was similar to the style of a popular name brand.)
I would recommend moving on to amazon.com or craigslist.com to buy and sell. Good luck to you!

You can always sue, but what would be the outcome do you think yo would win? You didn't say what Trademark you were accused of violating but they have the right to suspend buyers or sellers for a lot of reasons. Paypal is owned by EBAY and they might have a policy to close those accounts during the suspension period.

The first thing you should do is contact Ebay about the trademark violation and inquire as to the origin of that claim. Once you know why you were kicked off- they may realize it was a misunderstanding and let you back on, or you should contact a lawyer and discuss your options.

go to amazon. Ebay is crap. Plus, lawsuits against ebay never get taken to court, they always get settled because ebay has writen their rules with so many interpretations and loop holes, that they are hard to pin down

Personally I think you are flogging a dead horse. Ebay seem to be a law unto themselves. You could try appealing your NARU's status though.

This doesn't surprise me about eBay or PayPal. I would certainly seek the help of an attorney in their state or states.
