is there a way to enter johto region

No u cant but i agree there should be a game that u can go to all the different regions kinda like ash does in the series. and i think it should be a game for wii so u get to move and thro the pokeball and all that cool stuff...

no never. Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl series is in Sinnoh. In the Pokemon Silver, Pokemon Gold, and Pokemon Crystal series is in Johto.

There are no games except Silver, Gold, and Crystal that can go in the Johto region.

im afraid not but ithink they should make a game that you start in kanto then jhoto then hoen then sinnoh that would be the greatest game ever i would buy if it was 100 dollars
