I don't think you could really guesstimate as there are other things that can happen, like car accidents, the possibility of being injured/murdered, different things like that which will impact longevity of life. I would say in perfect health though and no accidents, someone could easily live into their 100's.

There are increasing health studies, vaccines, cures, all that stuff every day. So that right there will help us live longer. BUT. Our diet, pollution, cancer, increased obesity rate(especially in children, they are calling it an epidemic it is so bad!) is basically cancelling all the goodness doctors and scientists are doing for us. So really I think it's not going anywhere!

There are so many factors which affect this there is no set "life-span"
Genetic factors, environmental factors(diet, living conditions, exercise etc)
If you want to know the oldest person, search that up. maybe that will give u an idea.
