I'm hoping Drew can successfully fill Bob Barker's shoes. The Price is Right is not nearly ready to be cancelled yet. I'm just glad they passed over that classless Rosie O'Donnell. The show would've died a premature death with her.

Drew confirmed on the night show with David letterman that he's going to be the host. I think he's going to be funny and full of energy.

I'll admit that the thought of Drew Carey would have never even crossed my mind, but once I heard it, I thought he was the perfect person (since Bob is leaving). I think he'll really do the show justice.

I like Drew. I did not want Rosie
because I feel she would still have to put something
poltical in the show.

Works for me, but I work every day and never get to watch. Drew has a great personality for this show, he can bring a lot to the game and more.

I like him and all, and he is a hometown boy, so we love him here in C-town. But it does seem like a little odd choice. I will watch it though to see how he brings a different vibe to the show. Rosie would have been awful and she is soooo obnoxious, so I am really glad they went with Carey instead.

He can probably do a decent job. People just have to get adjusted to Bob being gone. That is always the hard part, to accept change. I know, I'm guilty of it myself so much. We just need to give it some time and I think we will all adjust to him and he will be fine!

Not exactly a person with charisma, but, better than Rosie!! Why can't we have a sexy guy like the girls on that show? Rather odd, the girls flirting around with him like they did Bob!!!
