road workers courses.i want to work on the roads,but i dont now where can i take a course.and how much it cost,how long it takes

There is no such thing as a 'road-workers course'.

Just apply for a job to work on the road gangs for your local council or County Highways authority.

All the training is on the job.

check your local college, then try to find a road working company who will sponsor you and give you an apprenticship, ps (this can be a difficult task!)
