Unless you have been living under a rock lately, then you should
know by now. Tammy Faye Baker is dead. She had cancer.
Her third bout with this disease, she has been hit thrice. Is
or was somebody out to get her..... Did the PTL fallout had
something to do with her demise ? A lot of money was owed
to a lot of people. What do you think? Best answer wins.

I saw her interview on Larry King just days before her death.
She looked awful. all skeletal and with the gaudy too much makeup. I felt sorry for her though. She is just one of many false GURUs that promote themselves as having a closer connection to the invisible fairy in the sky. If there is a god who was bright enough a chemist to create everything then why did he make so much confusion over how to worship him.?. Also why would a creature this grand want to be adored by ants on a small planet?? Read Dawkins and Hutchens this summer.

I never watched PTL or any other religious shows when I was a child, but I did catch the Larry King interview with Tammy Faye Messener. I admire her for being very positive in spite of dying a very painful death, and KNOWING she was going to die soon, yet still having an attitude that she trusted God and knew that all things work for the good of God. Now I wish I had watched some of those shows as a kid. In order to be forvien completely, one must forgive completely. PTL has nothing to do with her cancer or her death. Maybe you should look at it like she got her ultimate reward a lot sooner because she lived a life worthy of the Kingdom of Heaven.

I am way 2 close to Jim Bakker. He lives/works in a county that is 2 counties away from me but in the same state. MO Branson. I think he is a money hungry pig and he has embezzled money from his new show and there is a rumor that he is under IRS investigation. I was shocked when I saw Tammy Faye on Larry king on how deadly ill she looked and she asked the Dr. not to tell her how long she had and she only lasted 1 day after the interview and poor Larry had a special on her Saturday night.

It's sad about Tammy Faye. She will be missed by millions including me. My mom watched her on PTL. I don't believe that she had anything to do with what her husband at the time was doing. I seen her on the Larry King show the other night and it tore my heart out to see her that way. My dad battled cancer and when I seen Tammy Faye like that and knew what she was going through it brought back memories of my dad in that shape. That's memories that I would love to forget.

I think that she was an unfortunate one to get cancer...She made mistakes, but who doesn't? I feel sorry for her family. I was not a Jim Bakker fan by any means. I liked Tammy Faye

If I remember correctly, she divorced Jim and remarried. Cancer is a horrible disease that no one deserves to have, much less 3 times. Cancer strikes everyone, so I don't believe anything she did contributed to her demise. The money was Jim's doing. It's sad that she has passed on. She seemed to have turned her life around.

It's a shame a criminal can enjoy celebrity status.
I don't believe the PTL Fallout had anything to do with her death. Perhaps though, it was her payback from God for all the awful things her and Jim Baker did. They certainly took people's money and lived high off the hog. Then, to preach religion, she goes and leaves old Jimmy boy when he's at his lowest point in his life (in prison). She really kicked him when he was down!!!!
At least Jim Baker got it on with Jessica Hahn!

No, I don't think their was any kind of "plot" against her, unless you can make someone have cancer! She has been battling it for years.
And, the way I found out she had died was on yahoo! I have yet to see anything on TV about it. I figured they would run it in the ground like they did with Anna Nicole.

That is sad, I heard she remarried and he was a porn star.
She was one of many that gives religion a bad name. Everyone thinks are out for your money and don't really care if you have Jesus in your life or not. Its all about Money

She didn't have anything to do with it as is my understanding. She had been fighting colon cancer for years and had spread to her lungs and she finally succumbed to it. I think its very sad when anyone has to go through that terrible disease and you shouldn't think we get cancer because we are being punished for something bad. If you believe in the Christian God, then you know, it doesn't work like that.

Nobody is Perfect.She made her sins & asked God for Forgivness.
I feel she Never turned her back on God & she will now be with him.
Sad she suffered so much & No One deserves it but God decides Not US!
