Who knows? Mandela was a terrorist, torturing and killing innocent people so anything is possible.

Mandela may have been a terrorist, but he also became a victim by having been imprisoned for so many years. Unless Bin Laden can also be captured and imprisoned (highly unlikely) then anything's possible. What are the chances of anyone ever seeing Bin Laden again - is he in fact still alive - did he ever exist at all, or is he a fictitous character kept alive in the minds of us all so that these fanatics have a leader. Who knows in a hundred years or so, they might make a programme of Bin Laden and his merry men, just like Robin of Sherwood.

Probably.

We are too forgiving of murderers in this country. Proved by the pathetic lenient sentences passed down by judges.

No. Nelson Mandella makes Osama look like a saint, which is saying something. Mandella was a terrorist also, but he was not as much of a savage that Osama is. But who knows? Many people still believe the IRA were a bunch of freedom fighters also. It really comes down to politics and who's side you are on.
