Real beauty is timeless in the mind when captured or created there... while the/a mind exists as a whole! However, physical beauty is fleeting as anything else!

I personally think that beauty is timeless. Everyone is beautiful, and even though some people tell you that you're ugly, don't believe them because you're not. Although the outside beauty can be ruined, the true beauty which is in our hearts will remain beautiful forever. It's not about the outside appearance, but it lies on the character deep inside you. And I'm pretty sure that even time can't change that.

The idea of beauty itself changes all the time.. I wouldn't call it timeless or fleeting.. as generations pass, new ideals of beauty are formed, even your own personal taste change over your lifetime.. you might find something or someone beautiful for one reason one day, find it/them ugly the next, and then beautiful for yet another reason the next. just dont try to hold on too tight..

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." For some it is timeless and fleeting and for others it is not. We all see things different. Is the wrinkled hag less beautiful to her husband now than she was at the age of 16?

When it comes to looks, it is fleeting. But true beauty that lies beneath is timeless and eternal.
For example, a rose is very beautiful, and once it dies its beauty fades away with it. However, in your mind, you'll always recognize a rose as a simple of beauty.

If you're talking of physical beauty, then it's fleeting. But if you're talking of beauty in general then it's timeless. We still appreciate the beautiful paintings, artworks, that were done eons ago. When we look at books we see pictures of buildings, architectural wonders that are mesmerizing and awesome. We see movies and still pictures of beautiful people who lived centuries ago.
