You will need to go to a place where they build your computer to your specifications. Lots of small computer shops here in my area do that so I assume also Singapore. Look in yellow pages.

no my dear friend there are many stores in india which sold laptop and computers at cheaper price. but they cannot installed genuim microsoft windows they installed a piarate of microsoft window which may harm your computer.
