It insults mine too. If one of these leaders wants to use the American president as propaganda, they're going to do it regardless. Like Castro doesn't use American Foreign Policy toward him to prop himself up.
Funny how she pushes Bush Foreign Policy of not talking.
My opinion is; it can't hurt to talk, and it might even lead to break throughs. NOT talking guarantees enemies. I'd prefer we made efforts to have less enemies instead of more enemies.
Cuba is the perfect example. If the US lifted the embargo on Cuba, Castro would have no way of saying the US is causing his people's hardships. US Foreign Policy toward him has been his biggest asset.

Propaganda... Words. I am not afraid of words. And if propaganda will keep Hillary from doing what her job would be as President, I don't think she is strong enough for the job. Nor should she be controlled by public opinion, but every vote or statement she makes seems to be based on the latest poll.
A leader needs to think for his or herself and be secure in their own values and opinions.

propaganda is a fantastic weapon and/or tool that demands
respect, a lot of times it's based on partial facts and hard
to defend against because no one seems accountable
for it. There's so much going on in this world today that
fear can send you into cardiac arrest. Just go through life
with the prayer of serenity on your lips.

The propaganda is that they are trying to get nuclear weapons.
The centrifuge method is by far the most inefficient way to do so.
Great way to make fuel for a commercial power reactor, poor way to make a bomb.
PhD Nuclear engineering.

Propaganda is here to stay, good or bad. It should insult you intelligence because your president had faulty intelligence and got us into this bogus war.

I think that Hilary and George Bush are birds of a feather, but that you are merely playing partisan politics.
Propaganda put Hitler into power. Be afraid of what it can do.

I believe you have misunderstood her answer.
She said she would not personally meet with these people at first, but would instead send diplomats.
She didn't want the dictators to use their meeting as part of their propaganda.

Your posting itself fits the criteria for propaganda.
