Why do conservatives want better health care for Al Queda than for hard working, Patriotic Americans?

Al Qaeda is a conservative organization and they love anyone that is conservative. It appears that they hate true patriotic Americans.

Conservatives do not want better health care for Al Queda than for Americans. That is exactly why we do not want Universal healthcare.
