Polyorchidism is the incidence of more than two testes. It is a very rare congenital disorder, with under 100 cases reported in medical literature. The most common form is triorchidism, or tritestes, where three testes are present. The condition is usually asymptomatic, but can increase the risk of testicular cancer.
Reminds me of the guy who went to the doctor who examined his scrotum.
"Hm." He says "You're a polyorchid."
"What does that mean?" Asks the guy, alarmed.
"Oh, it's nothing to worry about." Says the Doc, "It just means that you've got three testicles when most men have only two. You should be proud."
The guy leaves the surgery and once outside approaches the first man he sees and says boastfully "Hey, do you realise that between us we have five testicles?"
"Why?" Replies the man quizzically, "Have you got four?"
