We know the answer is A-0, but that's only because JK didn't relay much of what was happening at Hogwarts during the story. When they did hear news of Hogwarts, it usually consisted of who was resisting the new "regime." We can safely assume that there was no Quidditch anyways, because honestly, would the Carrows even have allowed the students to have any kind of joy?

Harry and Voldermort fought it out in book 7 in a quidditch match. Harry won by scoring the most points and you-know-who couldn't catch the golden snitch.

A they couldn't play at all there were fighting and everything and quidditch would have nothing to do with the book. Everyone Knows Harry or Voldemort Dies so they don't want to play any quidditch.

As Harry is fighting for his life and the lives of everyone in the Wizarding world, there didn't seem to be any time for Quidditch.
