I don't think he will, but I bet he will try, he's going to up the terror alerts and try to convince us we need a bushie in the white house to keep us safe, and the sad thing is a lot of people are going to fall for it.

The public doesn't enter into it. This would require either a Consitutional Amendment (not gonna happen) or some sort of emergency order suspending the Constitution (can you say "riots in the streets"?
I've seen this question asked before. It's an indication that "No Child Left Behind" needs to be applied retroactively to allow people to learn how a constitutional government works.

No. There is no indication, by any objective measure, that Bush has or would do anything that would violate the Constitution, or, at least the current liberal interpretation of the Constitution (which voids all 10th Amendment limits).
Not that the delusional anti-Bushies have the ability to rationally or objectively evaluate Bush, but perhaps sometime in the future, with medication and treatment, they can regain some semblence of sanity.

No. The Republicans are responsible for the constitutional amendment that limits the president to 2 terms. They can,t change that as they don't have enough members in congress.

I honestly don't think so. I think he will leave office in January 2009, just as planned. Nothing will be out of the ordinary in the change of power as presecribed in the Constitution.

It's a pity some of you people weren't around in the late 70s to watch how Carter handled Islamic wackos. You'd all find Bush refreshingly balllistic!

Do you really think Bush wants to stay in power? He is by far the most unpopular president in recent history, probably worse than Carter, and that is really saying something. His administration is plagued by legal troubles; he takes all the blame for the screw ups of his handlers. All in all, I don't think he really wants to be President anymore, I'm sure he just wants to retire to his ranch and the millions of dollars worth of kickbacks and bribes he has accumulated over the past 7 years.

He can't scare the public to stay in office, there are term limits.
