i found this company while looking for holidays with the people i work with, they offer holidays around europe that have specialised accommodation - roll in showers etc The number to request a brochure is - 0870 350 5133

i'm not sure if they offer any holidays in scotland, but it might be worth you ringing for a brochure.

hope this helps
