My choice would be Dr A PJ Kalam, though I have nothing against Mrs Sonia Gandhi.
Considering the fact that the former President comes from such a humble background, he has made such a mark in the world. It is no mean feat to be a Nuclear Scientist, but what is applauding in his case is that he began life as a boat mans son. He is a self made man who has succeeded due to sheer grit and determination. He was not born with a silver spoon nor did success fall in his lap. He worked hard to be what he is and I actually salute this great man.
