Lond is not flooded and won't be thats the forcast. Oxford is flooded but the university is on higher grounds.
The flood is set to increase its peak on thursday and probably the rain will ease up. This rain is a 60 year record for wetness at this time and last year sametime it was a record for dryness. Hmmm weird isnt it? I guess global warming is coming to town.

Definately not, the nearest place to london is some 50 miles away, and the forecast is looking good.
