This is really embarrassing...and I can't believe I'm actually admitting it... but when i'm REALLY down the only thing that helps every time is Riverdance! I'm not taking the piss...seriously.. put on the Riverdance soundtrack next time you're depressed and you will see.. Your legs will start wanting the dance and your heart will be filled with Irish joy! Honest, it will work for you :P

i'm a schaedenfreude, which in layman's terms means i take pleasure in watching other people suffer. SOMETIMES. :)
but really, what cheers me up is a good night's sleep and sometimes a couple of really close friends. :D
