My 100cc 4-stroke motorbike uses a conventional carburator with two adjustment screws on it, one for idle, and the other for air(?).

Do these adjustments when the bike is warmed up (operating temperature) and the air cleaner is clean.
Adjust the idle screw until the bike will idle (without struggling to stay running - it's better to idle faster, rather than slower)..
Turn the mixture screw out (counter clockwise) until you get the fastest idle, then turn it in (clockwise) 1/2 turn.
Readjust the idle screw.

yes finally gets one right! at 1.5 turns out the idle should be ok but u may have to open up the air screw after u try it at high speed...1/2 turn at a time

screw both in and then back them off 1.5 turns. crank the bike then adjust the air till it idles to your desire.
