rinsed your mouth with water that was a little too warm after you gargled with listerine? does that wake you up or what?

depending on the listerine type that you use, you shouldn't gargle or drink any water after using listerine for 1/2 and hour.. it says so on the instructions on the back of the bottle....
but if its the whitening stuff then im pretty sure youre supposed to gargle...

Listerine is slightly watered down acid I swear! That stuff shouldn't even be legal!

listerine is bad for your mouth. even dentists say dont use it. the alchol in it is so bad for your gums.
