Of course, Darkrai must learn the moves. There are two ways to do it either by Rare Candy Feedings or Experience. If along the way you don't like the moves sets, you can go to Pastoria City and get the moves changed. Look for the guy who can tech pokemon all the moves they can learn and make sure that you have a Heart Scale.
