How to have intercourse more than 10 minute

I am 41 year old Indian man. Married for 5 years, 2 baby. My problem is I ejaculate too soon. it is common for many men. I read that most people cannot control first, then after few years after marriage they can control. Now 5 years after marriage, I still cannot control. The maximum I can have sex is for 1 minute. When newly married, I ejaculated immediately after putting mine into her. I thought it will go away and I can intercourse for long time. But it is not happening. My wife is upset nowadays. I put mine inside her and go back and forth 4 or 5 times and my sperm comes out. We foreplay 20 mins including oral before putting mine inside her, no luck. My wife is shouting not to take my penis out and asking me to do something about this. All Google results are for American men who are big and thick, they intercourse like animals.

Rather then consulting the various websites on this topic or taking medicine of your own the best thing is to consult some good sexologist for this purpose he will give you proper guidance & medical treatment if required. Please for GOD sake don't indulge is all those stimulants etc that prolong the ejaculation as they may have bad side effects that can cause impotency in you. Well.. lets talk about pleasing your wife. Woman does not neccessarily needs yours to be inside to have orgasm. If you can do a good hand job, plus mouth job, she can come a couple of times even before putting yours in. 1st play around a little and lose your first load, play with her and get her really in the mood, you should last a while on the second time around.

I had similar problem, I went to a sexologist (doctor) he suggested some methods and I am able to last longer. Dont go to quacks, go to a good doctor in a good hospital, dont feel shy.

Learn to swim and swim a lot, it is really good. There are some good doctors in Bangalore.
