Weird? No. Amazing? Yes. Yahoo answers is actually providing more than a service. They are providing the world with the opportunity to talk. What better way of getting to know our worldly neighbors. Considering that at any given moment, people will get on a chat room (or several rooms) on the internet and, without a second thought, start a conversation with a total stranger whom they don't know from a bar of soap or if that person is a serial killer, I don't think Y!A is odd at all.
