Today at 7 dpo my temperature has dropped a degree below coverline. has this happened to any1 with a following +hpt or is this cycle bust 4 me?

Personally no, I've never had this happen. But it sounds like it could be an implantation dip to me. Fertilityfriend has a really good chart gallery and you can look at charts who had a temp dip after O and see how yours compares.

Many things can affect temperatures. As a result, one should never put a whole lot of concern on one temperature change. If it stays down, you should find your period happens in the next few days. But never never worry about one temperature that is out of wack like that. You might have an illness, you may have some sort of any infection, perhaps a reaction, it was cold last night, maybe you didn't get the same kind of sleep as usual.
Relax, wait and see what happens. Hopefully it is just something odd and the cycle is a good one. Keep your fingers crossed!
