I really do believe that things have gotten so out of whack that the normal avenues of protest and activism will not be enough to effect the cataclysmic change that will have to occur.
I think the only thing to be done is for hundreds of thousands of Americans to descend upon Washington like locusts, shutting down the whole city.
And we will not leave until the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, and the anti-Constitutional Executive Orders of May 9, 2007 are completely REPEALED.
People must gather en masse, since the ONLY thing we have on our side is sheer numbers.

Impeachments are not something that happens overnight. And there is always the chance that Bush will take it out on the troops as he has threatened to do if the funding for the war is cut.
As some other posters have said, a General Strike or a massive Protest march might speed things up, but it would almost certainly also result in a Declaration of Marshall Law and America would be in a Civil War again.
The best course is to wait for the Elections, use as much force as necessary to remove Bush should he not choose to step down, do a thorough investigation of the Bush Administration, indict anyone found to have particapated in Criminal Activity and add to each indictment one count of Felony Murder for each American killed in Iraq.

Ultimately Congress decides whether or not the war ends and whether or not the President gets impeached, but currently there are not enough of them who think this way to do it. All you can do is write to your Senators and Congressmen and demand this. If everyone did it and threatened to withdraw their vote, then Congress would act. Of course, everyone won't do it, but you can still take a shot at it. I do it all the time. It is very easy. Check out the link below.
Good luck!

Contact your representatives.
I disagree with you on both the war and the president, but that's how to do it.
PS The ONLY people proposing a draft are Democrats. Do you want to impeach any of them?

end the war and hang those people out to consumed by the taliban, well that one way to do it. Impeach a President for trying to promote freedom in other countries, well that is one way to do it. I prefer to finish the job and build a free country over there for others to see that it can be done and they would want the same. but hey I'm not a socialist or a communist.

America began the war. It is only fitting that the occupation continues until the country is stabilized. To leave now would cause even more instability. America has a moral responsibility here.

If just 10% of the American workforce stopped working for a week the administration would sh*t itself.

just suck it up. This administration is over soon anyway. Pulling out of the war now might be disastrous.
